Handling time is 1 to 3 business days, and transit typically takes 5 to 8 business days within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). Pool tables may have longer lead times due to their size and weight, so feel free to email us for a more specific estimate on your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at support@JuleRoom.com and we will look into it right away.

Slate pool tables use a precision-ground stone playing surface that provides a true, level roll. Non-slate alternatives use materials like MDF or plywood, which can warp over time. For a serious game room that lasts, slate is the standard.

A good rule of thumb is to add at least 5 feet of clearance on each side of the table for comfortable cueing. For a 7-foot pool table, plan for a room that is at least 17 by 13.5 feet. Email us your room dimensions and we can help you find the right fit.
